Refunds & Cancellation

Last updated: September 2026

1. Try before you buy

The PHOTARCH app is free to use without a time limit, with every tool, up to one collection of 100 objects. We encourage you to try it on your own material before buying a licence.

2. Who sells to you

Purchases paid by card are sold by Link, the merchant of record service of Stripe. Link appears on your receipt and card statement, handles the payment and the VAT of your country, and can also be contacted about a refund through support.link.com.

Purchases paid by invoice are sold by Milvus Productions AB, which operates PHOTARCH.

3. Private licence

The Private licence is a one-time purchase. If it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase and you get the full amount back, VAT included — no reason needed. Write to info@photarch.com or to Link support.

When a purchase is refunded, the licence ends. The app returns to the free level the next time it is online; your library, your photographs and everything you have exported stay yours.

4. Organisation subscription

The organisation subscription is invoiced yearly. It can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the year already paid for; it is then not renewed. Within the first 30 days of the first year, an organisation that cancels gets the full amount back.

After that, a year that has begun is not refunded in part. When the subscription ends, the organisation's licences return to the free level; material already published in the PHOTARCH archive stays published unless you ask us to withdraw it.

5. Invoices

A refund of an invoiced purchase is made by credit note from Milvus Productions AB and paid back to the account the invoice was paid from. Ask at info@photarch.com, with the invoice number.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including the right of withdrawal in the European Union. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
